If conditions prevent sailing, we’ll do our best to find something else useful to do. If you choose to not to participate in less than perfect conditions, I’m afraid we can’t give a refund as the weather – despite our best efforts to emulate King Canute – remains stubbornly outside our control.
Rain is not problem – you’ll probably get wet enough in a dinghy anyway even in brilliant sunshine! Typically dinghy sailing will take place in winds up to Beaufort force 5 (or more for experienced sailors) and will be suspended during thunderstorms and for 30 minutes after the last thunder is heard.
